We are a community that connects, guides, and walks with you.
Casa Comunitaria de Recursos
We are a community gathering place that connects people and families with essential resources, health services, social support, education, guidance, and local organizations.
Our work seeks to reduce barriers, make reliable information accessible, and create connections that help each person move forward with greater confidence and opportunity.
Our story began with a real need.
We were born with the purpose of creating a space where people could find guidance, support, and real connections. From the start, our work has sought to bring essential resources closer to those who often don’t know where to turn or how to begin.
Over time, that purpose grew into a network of programs, partnerships, and opportunities connecting families with health services, social support, education, and local resources. Today we keep growing alongside the people who gave meaning to this project.
Our mission
Connecting people and families with resources, education, and opportunities, providing bilingual guidance and building partnerships that strengthen their well-being and development.
Our vision
Building a community where everyone has access to information, support, and opportunities to move forward with confidence and reach their full potential.
How we work
At CCR we work in a close, bilingual, community-rooted way to identify needs, connect trusted resources, and walk with each person through their journey.
We listen
We identify needs directly with people and families to understand their situation and respond in a human, respectful way.
We connect
We bring trusted resources, organizations, and professionals closer — people who can provide support, guidance, and opportunities within the community.
We walk with you
We provide bilingual, culturally sensitive guidance so everyone feels supported, informed, and accompanied throughout the process.
We believe in a stronger community when we move forward together.
Our values guide how we listen, connect, and work alongside the people and families in our community.
Inclusion
We create spaces where everyone is welcomed, heard, and treated with respect, regardless of background or circumstances.
Connection
We believe in bringing people, organizations, and resources together to create opportunities and strengthen support networks within the community.
